Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 20% of the item(s) cost for commercial locations and 30% for residential locations.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our commitment to our customers during these times is to offer in-stock product at the best possible cost. With manufacturer and worldwide supply change shortages, we must implement the following updated return policy.
- All return requests must be called or emailed into our office before being picked-up.
- Product must be invoiced within 7 days of return request.
- Product and quantities on return sales order must match product and quantities being picked up or shipped back.
- Special ordered items are NOT returnable
- Substitute items must be returned at time of delivery or will be deemed non-returnable
- Product must be in original packaging and original case pack.
- Packaging must not be written on, defaced, damaged or ripped.
- Partially used cases can NOT be returned.
- Credit will be issued upon final inspection of product at our distribution center.
- End of season returns will not be accepted due to limited availability of product during the season.
